Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom fence screens — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 10 panels for solid privacy mesh or full-color printed styles. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the thousands of linear feet for stadium, municipal, and multi-site construction rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical mesh and print before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix fence screen styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say solid privacy mesh for a backyard fence and a full-color printed banner for a business frontage — and the combined footage counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, mesh color, and panel specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both mesh color and print so your fence screens match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each panel?
Yes. Send us your panel-by-panel layout — for example a different sponsor logo per panel — and we’ll lay each one out in your mockup.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; full-color printed runs sit toward the higher end of that window.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a season opener, grand opening, or a firm permit deadline — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because screens ship rolled, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — common for franchises and multi-site contractors.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do fence screens cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $3 to $7 per linear foot at minimum order quantity, depending on material and decoration, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, material, decoration method, and panel size. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations, municipalities, and franchises.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
Black, Green, Beige/Tan, White, and custom full-color print, with Pantone matching on request.
Is the decoration really permanent?
Yes. Full-color dye-sublimation printing is embedded into the mesh fiber rather than sitting on the surface, so it resists cracking, peeling, and fading through years of outdoor exposure.
What’s the product made of?
Knitted HDPE polyethylene mesh at 85–90% blockage as the standard material, with heavy-duty 13oz PVC vinyl available for full-opacity, maximum-durability applications.
How do I care for or clean my fence screen?
Rinse with a hose or mild soap and water as needed. Avoid pressure-washing at close range, which can stress the mesh weave or grommets over time.
