Every order from Custom Fence Screens is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.

Production & timelines

Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about two to three weeks, and full-color printed runs on the higher end of that window. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for a season opener, grand opening, or a firm permit deadline — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Because fence screens ship rolled, bulk orders are generally economical to ship compared to rigid or pre-assembled materials.

Delivery & tracking

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.

Multiple destinations

We can split a single order across multiple addresses — provide a distribution list with your order, useful for franchises, municipalities, and contractors ordering across several sites.
